Software License & Activation E1 Base Station Mode: The internal radio base mode configuration function on the SingularPad software is free of charge. If you intend to use the E1 solely as a base station, no additional software license is required. E1 Rover Mode: To switch the E1 base to rover mode (including internal radio mode and PDA CORS mode), you'll need to purchase a permanent license for the SingularPad software.
