The Air flow model offers a short style design. Measuring only 11" from your collarbone, it gives you full range of workouts without blocking or hindering any movements. Rain, sleet, or snow, the air flow vest is designed to be used indoors or outdoors in most weather. If the vest ever gets dirty or wet, simply remove the weights and machine wash and dry the item. Equal weight distribution is the key to working out with a weighted vest. With the clam shell design, the weights can easily be adjusted for optimal balance. Suggestions: The air flow vest uses a denim hybrid material that makes the product machine washer friendly. This material is made for light to medium workouts. This can be used during heavy workouts, but you will see slight cosmetic damages which is normal wear and tear. For heavy and more rigorous workouts we would highly recommend our MIR Short Vest. Using 1200 D-Nylon, this vest can not be machine washed but is designed to handle more of the harder workouts.
